ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hibernation Therapeutics USA, LLC has signed an exclusive sublicensing agreement with Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, Inc. (CAPS®), a B. Braun Medical Inc. (B. Braun) Company for the compounding and distribution of its patented Adenocaine™ technology, the world’s first non-depolarising cardioplegia.
A biotech company founded by Geoffrey Dobson MS, PhD, who also serves as its Chief Scientific Officer, Hibernation Therapeutics (HT) has developed and wholly owns the intellectual property for a number of drug compounds, including Adenocaine™ cardioplegia, which is used to induce, maintain arrest and reanimate the heart without the use of high potassium and has demonstrated significant cardioprotective benefits.
